Clover Properties: How did you get into real estate and what areas do you work in?

Fatma: I have always had a passion for real estate and always wanted to get into real estate investments. Acquiring my first investment property was one of the greatest feelings! Later, I decided to take a leap of faith and start my own business helping families with their real estate goals! I feel great joy and satisfaction when I see families achieve their dreams and I am thrilled to be a part of this critical process in their lives.

Clover Properties: What makes you a great real estate agent?

Fatma: I am naturally a service-oriented individual, so I love serving others and adding value to their lives. I love that I can make a living helping others while working in a field that I am passionate about!

Clover Properties: What sets you apart from other agents?

Fatma: For me, it’s all about my clients. It’s about their dreams, their lives, finances, and concerns for their home… and I don’t take that lightly!

Clover Properties: When you’re not helping homebuyers find their perfect home, where can we find you? 

Fatma: I love traveling and seeing new places. I also love reading novels and self-development books. Sometimes I enjoy having some quiet “me” time.

Clover Properties: Why are you passionate about helping people Rent to Own?

Fatma: Back in 2009, even before thinking about becoming a real estate agent, I used to attend real estate networking groups because I loved the idea of owning property. Though I was a new immigrant, I always imagined living in my own home and having more properties that I would rent out. In one of the networking events, I was introduced to the concept of Rent to Own by an American investor. I was intrigued by the idea and thought not only can I invest in real estate, but I can help others get their own homes too! 

I bought the CDs and a Rent to Own guide by borrowing some money from relatives and dived in. Then reality checked in – I knew I had neither the money nor resources for putting something so elaborate together. So I packed my CDs and books away and to this day they are on my bookshelf. 

Ten years later I discovered Rachel and Neil Oliver, founders of Clover Properties, have helped hundreds of families through this very concept of Rent to Own. I realized I can truly help families move into their homes sooner than they ever imagined! I knew right away that I wanted to work with Clover Properties! This has been my dream in the making!
