Do You Meet the Rent-to-Own Requirements?

Our goal is to help you succeed—not just in getting into a home, but in confidently qualifying for a mortgage when your Rent-to-Own term ends. To do that, we need to make sure some key minimums are in place. Minimum Household Income

The minimum household income is $100,000 where we can start helping you with a Rent-to-Own.  Keep in mind that we use the stress test (which means we use your income and multiple it be 4.5 times).  This will equal a budget of $450,000 so if you are looking in an area where houses are more expensive than this budget, we would unlikely be able to help you.

Minimum Downpayment

Our minimum downpayment is $20,000.  There is no wiggle room here unfortunately and we can only consider someone where they have this downpayment ready to go at the time we start looking at homes for them.

We’re buying a home with you, and that means stepping into the real responsibilities that come with ownership, including the expenses you’d have with a mortgage.
