Clover Properties: How did you get into real estate and what areas do you work in?

Anita: I began as an investor, buying my first few properties in an effort to create a secure financial future for my family. I loved it so much and it changed my family’s future in such a profound way that I because an investor-focused agent hoping to help other individuals achieve the same.

Anita: I focus on Durham, Cobourg, Port Hope, Peterborough and I know these markets much better than other agents. I believe this is what helps me spot fantastic opportunities for buyers. I know my market inside and out. I’m very active in the market both in viewing properties and actually writing deals, keeping me very up to date. I easily empathize and understand my clients’ end goals and make it my mission to help them realize these goals in whatever capacity is possible.

Anita: I have far more experience than many agents, doing more deals per year than 80% of agents in TREB. I live in and invest in my local community. I truly understand that this is about service and a relationship that has to be built. My clients do not work with me for one transaction, but for many. Anita: I enjoy working out and spending time with family. I love to spend as much time outdoors as possible.
